To promote public health and holistic well-being by delivering accessible, integrated physical and mental health education, disease prevention resources, and wellness outreach programs to underserved individuals and families in the Greater Atlanta area, with a concentration in Southeast DeKalb County, thereby treating the whole person within a supportive community environment.

Integrated Health Education & Prevention Workshops

Free and low-cost workshops at churches, schools, libraries, and senior centers—covering chronic disease prevention and mental wellness skills such as resilience and stress reduction.

Community Wellness & Screening Outreach

Health fairs and outreach events that include common physical screenings and validated mental health check-ins with confidential, practical next steps.
